Terms

DecoLat sells Discord Shop items delivered as official Discord gift links. By paying you agree to these terms.

Each gift link is delivered to the email you enter at checkout and shown on your order page. A gift link works once, for one Discord account. Once a link is claimed it can't be reissued.

Discord gift links expire 48 hours after delivery, so claim yours within 48 hours. If a link expires before you claim it, contact support and we'll try to replace it. A replacement isn't guaranteed.

If we can't deliver an item you paid for, we refund it as store credit, or by arrangement with support.

Payments are in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. A payment more than 2% short of the invoice is not treated as paid until it's resolved with support.

Fraudulent payments or abuse void any claim to delivery or refund.

DecoLat is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc. Item names and art belong to their owners.

We are not responsible if Discord changes or removes an item, or takes platform-wide action that affects it.
